The board

  • Bamboo, 1/2 inch thick, with a butcher block inlay stripe near each end
  • Medium, 12 x 8 1/4 inches, or large, 15 x 10 1/4 inches
  • Engraved on one side, centered between the stripes and sized to the board
  • The design is engraved into the wood, not printed on, so it can't peel off

Care

Hand wash and dry it right away; no dishwasher or soaking. Rub in a little food-safe mineral oil now and then. Many people keep the engraved side for serving and display and cut on the back.
