Add your logo to every badge with no setup fee, and the whole set is proofed with you as one layout before anything is engraved.

What you get

  • Matching name badges, about 1 x 3 inches each, on a genuine metal bar in gold or silver, one finish per set
  • An engraved brushed metal-look face mounted on the bar and matched to it, the lettering engraved to permanent black, never printed
  • With logo: your logo engraved at the left of every badge, about 1/2 inch tall, beside the name and title
  • Strong magnetic backing included on every badge. Prefer a pin for some names? Just note it per name, same price
  • Magnetic backing is not recommended for pacemaker wearers. Mixed backings within a set are fine

To be straight with you about the materials: the bar is real metal, and the engraved face is a brushed metal-look laminate, not sheet metal. The metal bar is what gives the badge its weight and its polished edge.

How to order

  1. Pick your set size, your finish, and the with-logo option if you want your logo on every badge.
  2. List the names and titles in the text box, one badge per line, and pick a font: Arial, Montserrat, Quicksand, Barlow Condensed, Georgia, Roman Small Caps, Damion or Pacifico (skip it and we engrave Arial). For a big set you can email us a spreadsheet after checkout. Want capitals? Check ALL CAPS; Damion and Pacifico are mixed case only.
  3. Logo sets: upload your logo on this page or email it to us after checkout.

We send your proof within 1 business day, and nothing is engraved until you approve it.

About your logo

Your logo engraves in one color, black, about 1/2 inch tall. Bold, simple marks read best at that size. If fine lines or small lettering in your logo will not hold up, we will show you on the proof and suggest a cleaner version before anything is cut. Vector files (.svg, .ai, .eps) engrave cleanest; a high resolution .png works too. Please send only artwork that is yours to send.

Turnaround

Sets of 5 and 10 usually ship in 2 to 4 business days after you approve your proof, and sets of 25 in 3 to 5, in protective packaging. If anything arrives damaged, contact us and we will make it right.
